Digital Learning Associates (DLA) was producing a series of videos about people with peculiar jobs or lifestyles for English learning courses.

One of these video projects is featured by the make-up artist Lucia Tsappis (who usually works in TV programmes for the BBC) where she shows her creative process from the idea on paper to the final facial outcome. As Halloween was approaching, she decided to paint the model’s face as a Mexican Catrina. Huck McKenna, a passionate amateur guitarist, was the living canvas.

My main task here was to give production assistance and, most remarkably, to document the whole filming process with my camera.
